Our history

In 2008, Andy Chao and Cheng opened their first kiosk, Ikura Sushi. Since then, the concept of the Ikura Sushi restaurant has aimed to offer rapid service to its customers. The rice is cooked on site and the products are fresh, tasty and excellent for your health. The rolls are prepared and packaged every day at the counter in front of customers for maximum freshness.

In July 2008, the Ikura Sushi kiosk opened its first branch in Granby. Two years later, on October 1, 2010, the company opened its second kiosk at the IGA Daigneault branch in Cowansville. On October 1, 2012, Ikura Sushi moved to the Village Market in Ange-Gardien. On October 28, 2016, Ikura Sushi opened their fourth kiosk at Poissenerie Cowie.
